Managed various administrative responsibilities for over 125k patients associated with 8 federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) through a managed care organization (ACO) serving Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Provided delegation services for two major health insurers, Anthem Blue Cross & Alameda Alliance for Health, by performing concurrent review of medical records and utilization management of inpatient and outpatient authorizations. Assisted in the development of methodologies and strategies for improving quality measures (HEDIS & Health PAC) and enhancing transitions of care (Hospitalizations to Primary Care).
